Title: Spanish Meat Loaf

1 1/2 Pounds ground beef, pork and Turkey
2/3cMilk
1cTomato sauce
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsDry mustard
1/4tsPepper
3slBread, torn into
  Small pieces*
1 Egg
1 Cl Garlic, finely chopped, or 1/8 ts Garlic powder
1smOnion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1tbWorcestershire sauce
8lgPimiento stuffed olives, Sliced

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 2/3 cup of the tomato sauce. Spread mixture in loaf pan, 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 X 2-1/2 or 9 X 5 X 3 inches, or shape into loaf in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until done. Remove from pan. 6 SERVINGS; 380 CALORIES PER SERVING. To Microwave: Prepare as directed--except shape into 6 small loaves. Place in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 X 7 X 1-1/2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 14 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes. Let stand on flat, heatproof surface (not wire rack) 5 minutes.*1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats can be substituted for the 3 slices bread.
